Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for patients and their families, providing exceptional customer service over the phone and in-person.
Schedule patient transportation appointments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain accurate and organized records of patient information and transportation requests.
Collaborate with drivers, medical staff, and other team members to coordinate transportation logistics.
